Mini Vivi would be so proud of seeing me writing this Substack. I cannot recommend enough connecting with your Inner Child and considering their happiness as a valid reason in your decision-making.
We (women) should always listen to our (feminine) intuition, especially concerning men/other people. Even if it is only a slight little itch or inkling you cannot explain, chances are high that you are better off following this intuition.1
I exist in the paradox of being patiently impatient. Patience is essentially trust. Looking at patience like this is therefore the practice of learning to trust.
One of the biggest lies: “crying doesn’t solve anything”. Utter nonsense to say so. My parents raised me with this idea, while I have always been more of a crybaby. Crying signals your ability to feel the weight of the situation and to release the frustration before you can effectively start dealing with the problem at hand.
“I am not that into politics” is the most ignorant and privileged phrase I have ever used, and I need to stop catering to such a worldview immediately because the personal is political.
They talk about the ‘American dream’, but what about a ‘European dream’ with more affordable education, access to healthcare, social security, and diversity of culture?2
Engaging with my native language (Hungarian) calms my mind down. After days, weeks, and months of thinking and speaking in my second language (English), it is such a breeze for my mind to watch series in Hungarian or have a chat with my father.
The people closest to you, whom you love the most, will be the ones hurting you the most. Caution! They may leave a hole their size in your life. Then, remember: “better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all”.
Even those whom you lost but loved (dead or alive) will remain in you and your way of living, even if only in small ways (e.g. how you sprinkle sugar on your cappuccino). Love does not evaporate; it doesn’t cease to exist even if the presence of the subject does.
You can always ask for what you want; the worst that happens is that they say no. And what if it’s a no? You are still alive and breathing. Rejection is redirection.
Being “nice” almost equals the memorability of the wall’s tapestry, and I am done feeling like the tapestry and so ready to be memorable in my own authentic ways.
The real difference between a child and an adult is their ability to respond, or their sense of responsibility. Thus, it is not one’s age but rather their actions that account for adulthood.
I am incredibly blessed with the support my parents have been providing me my entire life (despite all the angst I used to feel).
The real value is in showing up, not promising that you will show up.
My cleaning standards and caring attentiveness are from my mother.
My social bubbliness and love for photography are from my father.
Having dogs creates a whole set of new problems, but make life 200% better with the unconditional love and joy they bring. I want to have these new problems as soon as possible.
New Year’s Eve carries way too much pressure for the necessity to have fun and do something special. If you ask me, your birthday, September or April are better fits to give a headstart to a new year with fresh new energy that helps build better momentum than the gloomy month of January when we’d all rather sleep.
Life without downloaded apps of social media sites and the “I always have a book with me” attitude is a better life. While technology makes our lives easier in some ways, it is also responsible for making it harder, and I am done with having my mind hijacked by neoliberal/libertarian tech giants.
I am where I always wanted to be, so now it is time to build a new vision. Moving abroad was the number one dream of my life, and now that I am here, all anybody can ask: what’s next? Let me tell you, I am not really sure… but hey, I am here to figure out, to capture the specificity of my intuitive vision.
University degree(s) possibly only show your commitment and ability to learn rather than to set you up with the necessary knowledge and guidance you need to build a flourishing career (unless you are preparing to be a doctor, lawyer, or any kind of technical expert). It is on you to create your own path, and university may be a valuable part of it.
BA grad. in International Arts & Culture Studies (2024) + MSc grad. in International Public Management and Public Policy (2025) I consider the intelligence of nature the highest level of intelligence (consider all living beings, plants, animals, and other forms of existence, including the spiritual plane), then human intelligence and AI come the very last. In other words, I believe in the supremacy of nature and humans over artificial technology atthe moment.
Curiosity, curiosity, curiosity. A core value of mine, my chosen direction for life-long learning. I am ready to loudly advocate for the importance of following your curiosities.3
"Research as hobby", personal curricula and non-linear curiosity
·What if I am not done with studying? This is the question I wrote in my journal sometime early September, the first September I am officially out of institutional education and its formal structures. A little inquiry was necessary to clarify my thoughts on this. Turned out I am actually at the crossroads of being afraid of leaving formal education, but …
Writing this list has made me realize how much I have actually learned until my 24th birthday. I am so-so happy and grateful to be where I am and cannot wait to grow even further. Come join me on this journey of curiosity!
Thank you for reading lovelies!

Fluid style of writing in this piece: diverging between “I” and “you” forms to communicate the message more casually.
Take this with a grain of salt. I know it is not an inclusive statement, but I intended to draw a contrast between the life quality between the US and Europe. It only reflects my own opinion in the context in which I come from. It also intends to call the fascist anti-democratic proceedings on the American and European governments.
Two quotes: “If there is something I would like to teach, it’s curiosity.” - Alain Aspect; “Our interests teach us how to be alive in ourselves.” - Vincent Price
5. How can one learn about your views on politics?
For instance, we can have online public talks (https://tb.sol-global-management.com/issue/com-3) about public services.
10. I find this worth discussing for many years, as it's related to expressing oneself freely.
11. To making nice I prefer communicating for real.
This helps people reach their goals.
18. It's more useful to do things in agreement with others.
There is the habit of setting dates on which something must be done repeatedly. We can try to understand it. When are we going to become more reasonable how?
